Doing the Right Thing

June 29, 2020

During the past few months we at Kline Galland have focused on doing the right thing with our COVID-19 response and practices. Our staff’s commitment to doing the right thing has kept our residents safe and our family members assured their loved ones were being beautifully taken care of even when they couldn’t visit them in person.

In recent weeks we have witnessed several more tragic incidents of our fellow human beings’ lives being taken needlessly, and these incidents have brought us sadness, anger and grief. They have also reminded us that we need to do the right thing in all aspects of our lives, as well as within our Kline Galland organization. We must continue to treat each other with kindness and respect regardless of what we look like, where we come from, what we believe or whom we love.

We at Kline Galland are all blessed to be here doing great heroic work together to take care of our elders. This can only be accomplished in an atmosphere of kindness and compassion.

We will continue to look daily for opportunities to listen, learn, educate and relate to each other with dignity and respect, which are two of our Kline Galland core values. We want to thank all of our team members, as well as our larger community, for working with us and continuing to care for our residents during this difficult time in our country and in our communities.

Our organization is strong because of our collective commitment to our patients and residents, our community and each other. We will continue to do the right thing to ensure Kline Galland is the best place for our residents to live, our patients to heal and our employees to thrive.
